# Shipping Integrators

### What are Shipping Integrators?

The **Shipping Integrators** module in XoroERP allows users to connect external shipping and fulfillment services with their XoroERP account. These integrations enable shipping-related capabilities such as **live shipping rates, batch label printing, and order tracking**, depending on the shipping integrator being configured.

The module supports multiple shipping integrators, including **2Ship, ShipStation V2, Freightcom, eShipper, and FedEx**. The credentials and configuration required to establish an integration may vary depending on the selected shipping integrator.

For example, when connecting **2Ship**, users first authorize XoroERP to share the required data with the integration and then provide the **App ID** and **Consumer Secret** supplied by the client. Other shipping integrators may require different credential details.

### Accessing Shipping Integrators

The **Shipping Integrators** page contains two tabs:

* **Connected Shipping Integrators:** Displays the shipping integrations that are currently connected to the XoroERP account.
  * Each connected integration displays its name and a brief description of the shipping capabilities it provides. For example, a connected **Ship Station V2** integration can be used for order processing, shipping label generation, and customer communication.
  * The **Delete** option is available for each connected integration. Users can use this option to remove the existing integration from XoroERP.

* **Add Shipping Integrators:** Displays the shipping integrators available for connection.
  * Each available integrator includes an **Add** option. Selecting **Add** initiates the connection process for the respective shipping service.
  * The credentials and information required during setup depend on the selected shipping integrator. For example, the 2Ship integration requires an **App ID** and **Consumer Secret** provided by the client.

### Shipping Integrator Connection Workflow

The general workflow for connecting a shipping integrator is as follows:

**Step 1:** Go to **Menu → Apps → Shipping Integrators**. Open the **Add Shipping Integrators** tab and click **Add** for the required shipping integrator.

**Step 2:** The system redirects you to the XoroERP authentication page. Enter the required **Xoro ID** and **Password**, and click **Submit** to authorize the integration.

**Step 3:** Review the authorization details displayed by XoroERP. The page indicates that the selected application will be permitted to access the required XoroERP data. Click **Install** to authorize the integration.

**Step 4:** After authorization, click **Connect To \[Shipping Integrator]** to begin configuring the shipping integration.

**Step 5:** Enter the credentials required by the selected shipping integrator. The fields displayed on this screen depend on the integration being configured.

For example, for **2Ship**, enter the **App ID** and **Consumer Secret** provided by the client, and click **Sign In**.

**Step 6:** After the credentials are successfully validated, the shipping integrator is connected to XoroERP and appears under the **Connected Shipping Integrators** tab.
