Inventory

Manual inventory syncing is NOT RECOMMENDED in a live system since there is a high possibility that multiple orders are in a processing state and might cause mismatches in inventory count upon dropping into the system.

Only proceed if the system is not live or if you are comfortable with the consequences.

To access the inventory sync options, click on the Actions button in the Inventory page. From here, the following options are available:

• Sync Full Inventory

• Sync Inventory Per SKU

• Inventory Settings

1. Sync Full Inventory: This option allows you to sync inventory for all the items from Xoro to Shopify. Clicking this option opens the Full Inventory sync popup, where you can click on the Sync button to start syncing the complete inventory.

1. Sync Inventory Per SKU: This option allows you to sync inventory for specific SKUs instead of a full inventory sync. Clicking this option opens the Inventory sync per SKU popup. There are two options you can choose here:

   • SKU Numbers: This option allows you to enter comma-separated SKU numbers. If left blank, inventory for all SKUs will be synced.

   • Custom Query: This option allows you to enter a custom Shopify query to fetch SKU numbers and sync inventory only for those specific SKUs.

1. Inventory Settings: This option redirects users to the Inventory section under the Products & Inventory tab in the Settings page, where inventory sync configurations and store mappings can be managed.
