Business Dashboard gives you an overview of the overall performance of the business. Xoro ‘Business Dashboard’ is divided into two sections:
The top section of the Business Dashboard displays 4 key metrics: Invoices, Bills, Bank Balance, and Credit Card Balance.
Invoices
This section displays the collective amount in all the invoices in “Open” status. In short, this is the amount that is yet to be collected from the customers.
Bills
This section gives you the collective amount of all the unpaid bills. This is the amount that is yet to be paid to the vendors.
Bank Balance
This section shows the amount of funds in your Bank Account at a given time.
Credit Card Balance
This section displays the bill that you owe on your Credit Card at any given time.
Please Note: You can click on each of the figures of these metrics to see a detailed breakdown.
The bottom section of the Business Dashboard gives a visual representation of the Expense and Income Analytics of the business. It is divided into 4 sections:
Profit & Loss: This section displays the Profit and Loss data in the form of a bar chart.
You can choose to view the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly data or you can choose to fetch data for a custom time period by selecting the Start Date and End Date. To do that, select the Dates and click on the Reload icon at the top-right of this section.
Expense by Type: This section gives a visual representation of the expenses for a select time period. These expenses are segregated by different types of Expense Accounts and displayed in the form of a pie chart. You can select the number of Accounts that you want to fetch the data for using the “Count” drop-down.
Sales by Store: This section displays the Sales done by each store for a selected time period in the form of a Bar Chart.
Income by Type: This section gives an overview of your income for a selected time period. The Income is segregated by different types of Income Accounts and displayed in the form of a pie chart.
You can download the reports as an Image or Document by clicking on the three-line menu and choosing the desired format.
Place the cursor on a particular section of the chart to see the exact data.
** Please note that the balance shown in these Dashboards is not your actual Bank Balance. It is the Books Balance, i.e. it is calculated from all the transactions you have recorded in the System.
