Manufacturing Order Centre
Overview
The Manufacturing Order Centre provides a centralized view of all Manufacturing Orders (MOs) created in the system. It allows users to monitor production status, track process execution, review quarantine impact, and manage order lifecycle activities such as release, production, disassembly, and lab record creation.
To access the Manufacturing Order Centre, go to Menu → Manufacturing → Manufacturing Order Centre.
Header Level Search Fields
The header-level filters allow users to narrow down Manufacturing Orders based on specific criteria.
Store
Filters Manufacturing Orders based on the selected store.
Status
Filters records based on MO status (e.g., Released, Work In Progress, Produced).
MO Number
Allows direct search by Manufacturing Order number.
Advance Search

Quick Action Buttons
The Quick Action Buttons allow users to perform immediate production-related operations on selected Manufacturing Orders without opening the detailed MO screen.
Quick Produce: Allows users to directly produce the selected Manufacturing Order(s). Once executed, the system processes the production quantity, updates inventory, adjusts production values, and changes the MO status accordingly.
Quick Disassemble: Allows users to disassemble the selected finished goods back into their raw material components. Once executed, the system reverses the production transaction, updates inventory quantities, and posts the necessary accounting adjustments.
The MO Store Location Mapping setting is accessible by clicking the dropdown arrow next to Quick Produce/ Quick Disassemble.
Header Level Icons
These icons provide quick access to commonly used actions, enabling users to efficiently manage and navigate Manufacturing Order records.
Refresh: Allows users to reload the Manufacturing Order Centre and display the most recent data based on the current filters or selection criteria.
Navigation Controls: Enables users to move between record pages within the Manufacturing Order Centre for easier navigation across large datasets.
Advanced Search: Allows users to perform a detailed search by defining specific filter criteria such as MO Number, Status, Store, Linked SO, Production Date, or other available fields to quickly locate required Manufacturing Orders.
Save: Enables users to save customized grid views, including selected columns and applied filters, for future use.
Download: Allows users to export Manufacturing Order data in supported file formats such as CSV, TXT, MS Word, MS Excel, PDF, and MS Excel (.xlsx) for reporting or reference purposes.

MO Store Location Mapping
The MO Store Location Mapping setting allows users to define the default Finished Goods location that will be used when processing Manufacturing Orders using the Quick Produce or Quick Disassemble options.
To access MO Store Location Mapping page click on dropdown arrow → Settings → MO Store Location Mapping.
How it Works
Step 1: Open any Manufacturing Order (MO) for which you want to perform Quick Produce from the Manufacturing Order Centre. Review the default Finished Goods location assigned to the MO.

Step 2: Navigate to the Quick Produce dropdown → Settings → MO Store Location Mapping, and set the Finished Goods Location for the selected store.
Step 3: Click Quick Produce. The system will automatically assign the Finished Goods Location that is mapped to the store in the Quick Produce settings.

Step 4: If no location mapping is defined for the store, the system will use the default Finished Goods location during Quick Produce.
Step 5: The same logic applies to Quick Disassemble. If a mapping exists, the system uses the mapped location; otherwise, it follows the default location logic.
