All Orders Report (By Order Date) – All Customers
The All Orders Report (By Order Date) – All Customers provides a comprehensive overview of sales orders created within a selected date range. The report displays order details, customer information, ordered quantities, shipped quantities, and order values, helping businesses monitor sales activity over time.
In addition to sales orders, this report can also be used to view Transfer Orders by selecting the required Period and applying appropriate filters. This makes it useful for tracking transfer orders created during a specific time period, along with their quantities and fulfillment status.
Running and Customizing All Orders Report (By Order Date) – All Customers
To access and work with the All Orders Report (By Order Date) – All Customers in XoroERP, follow these steps:
Navigate to Menu > Reports > Sales > All Orders Report (By Order Date) – All Customers.
Click the Report icon to view the report in either Grid or Pivot Table format, depending on your reporting requirements.

Report Filters
The report provides multiple filters to help users narrow down the data based on specific business requirements. These filters are available at the top of the report screen.
Period: Filters the report based on a predefined time period or a custom date range. You can select predefined periods such as This Week, This Month, Last Month, This Calendar Year, etc., or specify custom From and To dates. This filter can also be used to view Transfer Orders created during a particular period.
Sale Store: Filters the report by the sales store from which the order was created.
Ship Store: Filters the report by the shipping store associated with the order.
Line Status: Displays orders based on the status of individual order lines.
Item or Desc: Searches for orders using the item number or item description.
Item Group: Filters the report by item group.
Brand: Filters the report by product brand.
Category: Filters the report by product category.
Customer Group: Filters the report based on customer groups.
Customer Name: Searches and filters the report by customer name.
After selecting the required filters, click the Refresh icon to apply the changes.

All Orders Report Fields
Field
Description
Order Number
Displays the unique sales or transfer order number.
Order Date
Displays the date on which the order was created.
Customer
Displays the customer associated with the order.
Item
Displays the item included in the order.
Total Sum of Qty Ordered
Displays the total quantity ordered for the selected item.
Total Sum of Ordered Amount
Displays the total monetary value of the ordered items.
Total Sum of Qty Shipped
Displays the total quantity shipped against the order.
These fields provide a consolidated view of order activity, allowing users to monitor customer orders, transfer orders, order values, and fulfillment progress over a selected period.
Users can customize the report by adding, removing, or rearranging columns according to their reporting requirements.
For example, users can include fields such as Order Type, Ship Store, Customer Group, Brand, Category, Qty Shipped, Ordered Amount, Reference Number, or other available fields to tailor the report for specific analysis.
Toolbar
The toolbar provides several options for managing and customizing the report.
File:
Save My Layout: Saves the current report layout for future use.
Restore Layout: Restores the previously saved report layout.
Restore Filters: Clears all applied filters and restores the default filter settings.
Save as New: Saves the current report configuration as a new custom report.
Tools:
Expand All: Expands all grouped records to display detailed information.
Collapse All: Collapses all grouped records to provide a summarized view.
Fill Group Cells: Populates empty cells within grouped records with their corresponding group values.
Hide Group Cells: Hides repeated group values for a cleaner and more compact report layout.
Export:
Users can export the report in the following formats:
Grid
Chart
Layout and Formatting Options
The report includes several customization options to modify its appearance and presentation.
Format
The Format window allows users to customize how values are displayed within the report. Users can select which value to format, change text alignment, configure thousand and decimal separators, specify currency symbols and formatting, display custom values for null fields, format values as percentages, and apply conditional formatting based on predefined conditions. Multiple conditional formatting rules can be added to highlight important data.
Options
The Options window allows users to customize the report layout and display settings.
Users can configure:
Grand Totals to display totals for rows, columns, both, or hide them entirely.
Subtotals to display subtotal rows, subtotal columns, both, or hide subtotals.
Pivot Table Layout by selecting Compact, Classic, or Flat form.
Click Apply to save the changes.

Fields
The Fields window allows users to customize the report by selecting, organizing, and calculating the information displayed.
Within this window, users can:
Search for available fields.
Add or remove fields from the report.
Drag and drop fields into Report Filters, Rows, Columns, and Values to customize the report layout.
Rearrange existing fields to change how data is grouped and summarized.
Create calculated values using the Add Calculated Value option for custom reporting requirements.
For example:
Drag Order Type into Report Filters to display only Transfer Orders.
Drag Ship Store into Rows to analyze orders by shipping location.
Drag Brand or Category into Columns to compare sales across products.
Drag Ordered Amount, Qty Ordered, or Qty Shipped into Values to summarize order performance.
Add calculated value: Click Add Calculated Value to create custom calculations that are not available by default. You can define calculated values using mathematical operators and supported functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, and other system-defined functions. Once created, the calculated value can be added to the Values section to include it in the report.

Click Apply to update the report with the selected configuration.
