How to Over Ship an Allocated SO?

Follow the steps below to Ship more than what has been Ordered:

  • When an Order is in the Released/Allocated status, the Qty of the Order can be changed from the SO detail level.

  • The allocation status of the order will be updated to "Partially Allocated".

  • Furthermore, a new Wave can be created for allocating the additional Qty.

  • You can then Pick and Close these two Waves and they can be shipped together from the Pick-Wave module. See the screenshots below as an example:

  • Finally, Pack and Ship the Order.
