Users can search ASNs using header-level search criteria, view detailed ASN information, update shipment and custom field information, receive an ASN, or void an ASN. The centre also displays shipment-related information such as Dock Location, Carrier, Tracking#, carton and pallet counts, shipment dates, and receipt details. ### Header-Level Search Fields Users can search for ASNs using the search fields available at the top of the ASN Search Centre. | Field | Description | | ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Store** | Filters ASNs based on the selected store. | | **Search By** | Determines the identifier by which the ASN records are searched. **For example:** ASN, ASN Detail, ASN Detail Location | | **Status** | Filters ASNs based on their current status, such as Open, Void, In Receiving, Received, Closed, Merged, and Partially Closed. | | **ASN#** | Searches for a specific ASN number. | | **PO#** | Searches for ASNs associated with a specific Purchase Order number. | | **Reference#** | Searches using the ASN reference number. | | **Packing Slip#** | Searches using the associated packing slip number. | | **Invoice Ref#** | Searches using the invoice reference number. | For example, if the user knows the ASN number, they can enter it in the **ASN#** field and search for the corresponding record. ### Header-Level Icons The ASN Search Centre provides several actions above the result grid. * **Refresh** – Refreshes the ASN search results. * **Save** – Saves the current grid/search configuration where applicable. * **Search** – Performs the Advanced search based on the entered criteria. * **Column/Grid Options** – Allows users to manage the information displayed in the result grid. * **Export/Download** – Provides options to export/download the displayed ASN information. ### ASN Centre Columns | Field | Description | | ---------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Store** | Displays the store associated with the ASN. | | **ASN Number** | Displays the unique number assigned to the ASN. | | **PO Number** | Displays the Purchase Order number associated with the ASN. | | **Ref Number** | Displays the reference number associated with the ASN. | | **Packing Slip #** | Displays the packing slip number associated with the ASN. | | **Status** | Displays the current status of the ASN, such as Open or Void. | | **Create Datetime** | Displays the date and time when the ASN was created. | | **Created by** | Displays the user who created the ASN. | | **ASN Close Time** | Displays the time when the ASN was closed. | | **ASN Close Date** | Displays the date when the ASN was closed. | | **Sent by Scheduler** | Indicates whether the ASN was sent by the scheduler. | | **Receipt Date** | Displays the date on which the ASN was received. | | **Third Party Ref#** | Displays the reference number provided by the third party. | | **Third Party Display Name** | Displays the display name of the associated third party. | | **Total Qty** | Displays the total quantity of items included in the ASN. | | **Invoice Ref#** | Displays the invoice reference number associated with the ASN. | | **Ship Date** | Displays the shipment date associated with the ASN. | | **Delivery Date** | Displays the delivery date associated with the ASN. | | **Modified By** | Displays the user who last modified the ASN. | | **Dock Location** | Displays the dock location assigned to the ASN. The Dock Location is inherited from the **Location** module and is populated from the **Location Display** field. Users can select the required Dock Location in the **Add/Edit Shipment Info** popup, which appears when they right-click a record and select **Edit Shipment Info**. | ### Right-Click Options Users can right-click/select an ASN record to access additional actions. The available options are: * **Receive ASN:** Opens the [**Receive ASN**](/xoroerp-1/warehouse/receiving/receive-asn.md) module for the selected ASN, allowing users to proceed with receiving the ASN. * **Update Custom Fields:** Opens the custom field update window for the selected ASN. Users can view the [custom fields configured](/xoroerp-1/admin/custom-field-definition.md) for the ASN, update their values, and save the changes. * [**Void**](/xoroerp-1/warehouse/receiving/receive-asn/voiding-an-asn.md)**:** Voids the selected ASN. * **Edit Shipment Info:** Opens the **Add/Edit Shipment Info** popup for the selected ASN. Users can update the following shipment-related information: * **BOL#** * **Shipment Arrival Date** * **Tracking#** * **Trailer#** * **Dock Location Type** * **Dock Location** * **Container Type** * **Carrier** * **Expected Carton Count** * **Actual Carton Count** * **Expected Pallet Count** * **Actual Pallet Count** * **ASN Notes** * **Shipment Arrived?** * **Unscheduled Delivery?** Users can select the required values and click **Save** to update the shipment information. ### FAQ 1. **Can I find a deleted ASN?** The ASN Centre allows users to search for and manage ASN records. If an ASN was **voided, not deleted**, users can search for the ASN in the ASN Centre or use the **Status** filter and select **Void** to view all voided ASNs.
