The OLPN Lookup module within the XoroWMS application provides users with a powerful tool to search for and view detailed information regarding LPNs involved in the picking process. This module simplifies tracking and helps optimize warehouse operations.
To retrieve the details of a specific OLPN, follow the steps below:
In the OLPN# field, enter the LPN number you wish to view details for.
Press Enter to initiate the search.
Upon executing the search, the OLPN Lookup module presents the information in a well-organized format divided into three key sections: LPN Details, Item Details, and Sales Order LPNs. Each section is designed to provide comprehensive information relevant to warehouse operations.
The first section focuses on the LPN itself, revealing vital data related to the sales order associated with the LPN. Here are the fields included in this section:
Order#: This field shows the unique identifier for the sales order associated with the LPN.
Wave#: This field specified the wave associated with the LPN.
Package Type: This field displays the type of package used for shipment.
Ref#: This field shows the reference number linked to the sales order.
Status: This field indicates the current operational status of the LPN, such as picked, packed, or staged.
Qty Picked: This is the total quantity of items picked associated with the LPN.
Length: This field displays the length of the package.
Width: This field displays the width of the package.
Height: This field displays the height of the package.
Weight: The overall weight of the items within the LPN.
Pallet: This field displays the pallet number.
This section offers insight into the specific items held within the LPN, essential for understanding what is being picked and shipped. The fields showcased include:
Item#/UPC: This field displays the item number, UPC and the item description of the item contained in the LPN.
Location: This is the warehouse location of the item/LPN.
Quality: This field specifies the quality of the item, such as damaged or in good condition.
Qty Picked: This field reflects how many units of the item have been picked from the inventory.
SKU: This field displays the identifier value for item on basis of selected identifier type in "Secondary SKU Identifier Type In WMS Screens" app config.
The final section extends the view to encompass all LPNs linked to the sales order. This is particularly useful for understanding the broader context of the picking process. It includes the following fields:
OLPN#: The unique identifier for each LPN associated with the order.
Order#: This field captures the unique identifier for the sales order.
Wave#: Similar to the LPN Details, this field indicates the wave for each LPN.
Location: This refers to where the LPN is stored within the warehouse.
Quality: This field indicates the condition of each LPN.
Ref#: This field displays the reference number associated with the sales order of the LPN.
Ship Package Type: These field shows the type of package used for shipping.
Length: This field displays the length of the package.
Width: This field displays the width of the package.
Height: This field displays the height of the package.
Weight: The overall weight of the items within the LPN.
Qty Picked: This field reflects the amount picked related to each LPN.
Status: This field shows the operational status of the wave in the sales order associated with the LPN.
