Customer Portal Comment Notification

Description: This configuration allows you to select the user group(s) to which internal system notifications will be sent when a comment is added to the customer portal.

Setting: Choose one or more groups.

Customer Portal Payment Notification

Description: This configuration allows you to select the user group to which the notification will be sent when a payment has been made on B2B orders.

Setting: Choose one or more groups.
