Inventory by Location Header Level Options
Batch Edit LPN Info*: This allows you to edit the LPN info of multiple records at once.
Batch Write Off Not Available Inventory: This option allows you to write off Not Available inventory in bulk. To write off inventory, select the desired inventory records and choose this option. In the confirmation window, users can select an Adjustment Account and a Reason Code before completing the write-off process. The selected Reason Code is applied to the generated Inventory Adjustment transaction, providing better visibility into the cause of the write-off and improving inventory auditability and reporting accuracy.
Batch Delete Empty Records: Allows you to permanently delete the selected inventory record(s).
Batch Change Not Available Qty: With this option, you can modify the quantity of inventory that is marked as not available for selected inventory record(s). In the "Change Not Available Qty" page, there's an option to "Mark Net Available Qty as Not Available". If you turn this toggle on, then the Net Available quantity will be set as Not Available for the selected rows.
Merge LPNs*: This feature enables the consolidation of LPN details for inventory items within the same store and location. Please note that to merge the LPNs, the secondary LPN should not have any quantity allocated.
Inventory by Location Right-Click Options
Move Inventory: This directs you to the "Inventory Movement" module and enables you to initiate the transfer of inventory from one location to another within the system.
Adjust Inventory: This directs you to the "Inventory Adjustment" module and enables you to modify the quantity of inventory available at a particular location. You can use this option to reconcile discrepancies, update stock levels, or account for inventory variances accurately.
Change Not Available Qty: With this option, you can modify the quantity of inventory that is marked as not available at a specific location. Please note that the "Not Available" quantity can only be modified for the location types selected in the "Allow modification of "Not Available" Qty" app config. In the "Change Not Available Qty" screen, enter the updated quantity in the "New Not Available Qty" field and click "Change Qty" to modify the "Not Available Qty".

Edit LPN Info*: This option allows you to edit or update LPN information associated with inventory entries, ensuring accurate tracking and identification of items within the system.
Write Off Inventory: In cases where inventory items are damaged, expired, or deemed unsalvageable, you can utilize this option to remove these items from inventory records. In the Adjustment Account field, users can select the account used to handle the inventory write-off. The item's default adjustment account will be pre-populated automatically. Users can change the account as needed before completing the write-off. If no account is selected manually, the system will default to the item's preset adjustment account.
Additionally, users can select a Reason Code to specify the reason for the inventory write-off. The selected reason is recorded along with the inventory adjustment transaction, providing additional context and improving inventory auditability. This option is available for both single-line and batch inventory write-offs.
Delete Empty Record: This option facilitates the removal of empty or redundant records from the Inventory by Location module.
Inventory by Location Double-Click Option
Double Click Item Number: This option allows you to directly open the Item View form by double-clicking on any Item Number within the Inventory by Location grid. Users can review item configuration, costing details, and other related settings without navigating separately to the Item module.
This enhancement improves workflow efficiency by enabling quick validation of product details during location-based inventory analysis and supports faster decision-making for replenishment, transfers, and inventory adjustments.

Inventory by Location Header Level Icons
Refresh: This allows you to refresh the search results after changing the search criterion.
Save: This option enables you to preserve any updated user interface (UI) settings (for example, if you have hidden or added any columns for viewing), ensuring a personalized and consistent experience during future interactions with the module.
Advance Search: The advance search option enables you to further extend the search criteria. You can delve into a nuanced search by specifying criteria such as Column Name, Operator, and Value, facilitating precise and tailored searches.
Columns (Bento Menu): All the columns available for the module are listed under this icon. You can use this option to hide or add the columns and tailor the module view as per your requirements.
Download: This versatile feature allows users to export and download data in various file formats, providing a summarized overview for quick reference. Options include CSV, TXT, MS-Word, MS-Excel, PDF, and MS-Excel(.xlsx), catering to diverse user preferences and use cases.

Yes. XoroERP allows you to search for multiple SKUs at the same time in the Inventory by Location module using the Item# search field.

Navigate to Inventory by Location.
In the Item# search field, enter the required SKUs separated by the pipe (
|) symbol.Click Refresh or run the search.
Example
The system returns inventory information for all the specified SKUs in a single search, eliminating the need to search for each item individually.
