Inventory by Location Fields

The Inventory by Location module comprises several essential fields, each capturing specific details about inventory status and location. This helps to give a clear view of the inventory distribution and handle inventory allocation effectively.

Inventory by Location Fields

Field	Description
Store Name	This field displays the store name.
Type	This field shows the location type, e.g. Warehouse, Return, QA, etc.
Item Number	This field captures the item's name.
Description	Item's description is captured in this field.
Group	This field shows the item's group.
Brand	This field shows the item's brand.
Category	The item category is captured in this field.
Tags	Any tag(s) associated with the item are captured in this field.
Location	This field shows the store's location.
Pick Seq	This field displays the pick sequence for the item.
Location Barcode	This field shows the barcode associated with the item.
Class	This field shows the item class.
On Hand	The on hand quantity of the item is captured in this field.
UOM	The item's UOM (Unit of Measurement) is displayed in this field.
Not Available	The item quantity not available to sell is captured in this field.
Available	The available item quantity is shown in this field.
Allocated	The allocated item quantity is displayed in this field.
Net Available	The net available quantity for the item is captured in this field.
Area	This field shows the area specified for the location.
Aisle	This field shows the aisle specified for the location.
Bay	This field shows the bay specified for the location.
Level	This field shows the level specified for the location.
Position	This field shows the position specified for the location.
Depth	This field shows the depth specified for the location.
Length	This field shows the length specified for the location.
Width	This field shows the width specified for the location.
Height	This field shows the height specified for the location.
Is Sellable?	This field indicates whether the item is sellable or not.
Is Manufacturable?	This field indicated whether the item is manufacturable or not.
Is Raw Material?	This field indicated if the item can be used as a raw material or not.
Is Purchaseable?	This field indicated whether the item is purchaseable or not.
Is Active?	This field shows if the item is active or not.
Unit Price	This field shows the standard price of the item.
Unit Cost	This field shows the standard cost of the item.
Average Unit Cost	This field shows the average cost of the item.
Default Vendor	This field specifies the default vendor, if any, associated with the item.
Item Barcode	This field displays the item barcode.
UPC	This field shows the item UPC.
Season(s)	The field shows any season(s) associated with the item.
LPN#	This field displays the LPN number associated with the item.
Manufacture Date	This field shows the manufacturing date of the item.
Expiry Date	This field shows the expiry date of the item.
Batch#	This field displays the batch number associated with the item.
Lot#	This field displays the lot number associated with the item.
LPN Pick Seq	This field displays the LPN pick sequence for the item.
LPN Create Datetime	This field displays date and time of LPN creation.
LPN Created By	This field shows the username of the individual who created the LPN.
LPN Modify Datetime	This field displays date and time when the LPN was last modified.
LPN Modified By	This field displays the username of the individual who last modified the LPN.
Quality	This field displays the item quality.
Pallet	This field displays the pallet details associated with the location.
Case Qty	This field displays the case quantity set for the item.
Is Sealed Case?	This field indicated whether the case is sealed or not.
Image	This field shows the item image.
Custom Prices	This custom fields shows any custom prices added for the item.
Item Alert Notes	Any alert notes added at the item level are captured in this field.
Item Sales Notes	Any sales notes added at the item level are captured in this field.
Alternative Item Number1	This field displays an alternative item number1 for the item, providing additional identification.
Alternative Item Number2	This field displays an alternative item number21 for the item, providing additional identification.
Alternative Item Number3	This field displays an alternative item number3 for the item, providing additional identification.
Location Zone	The zone associated with the location is displayed here.
Last Counted Datetime	This field displays the date and time when the inventory was last counted.
Last Counted By	This field displays the user name of the individual who last conducted the cycle count.
Item Sub Category	This field shows the item sub category.

Inventory by Location Header Search Fields

The Inventory by Location module features a range of search fields at the header level, enabling users to filter data effectively to retrieve specific records. These fields facilitate the search for inventory stock of a chosen item throughout various stores and locations, as well as viewing the availability of items at a designated store and location.

1. Store: Choose the specific store to view its inventory details.

2. Location: Pick the exact location within the chosen store to explore its inventory.

3. Item#: Enter the item number to check its inventory distribution.

4. Description: Enter the description associated for the item for which you want to see the inventory distribution.

5. Brand: Enter the item's brand.

6. Category: Enter the item's category.

7. Item Barcode: Enter the item's barcode.

8. Alternate Item#: Enter the alternative item number associated with item for which you want to see the inventory distribution.
