We’ve included four additional columns in the Upload ASN Receipt template that correspond to LPN details. These columns are LotNumber, BatchNumber, MfgDate, and ExpDate.
Please note: These columns will only be available if the app config, “Enable LPNs” is ON.
These details can be verified from the Inventory Change Log module.
When creating an Inventory Adjustment, we’ve incorporated five new fields: To LPN#, Lot#, Batch#, Manufacture Date, and Expiry Date.
How does it work?
Navigate to the “Inventory Adjustment” module.
Select the Store and search for the Item and click on the “Add New Location” button.
An “Add New Location” window will populate. The columns have been added here.
Enter the details and click on “Add”.
Click on “Adjust Inventory” to create Inventory Adjustment.
Please Note:
These columns will only be shown if the “Enable LPNs” app config is ON.
If the “Auto generate LPNs in case of No LPN location” app config is ON, the LPN will be generated automatically, if not entered. If this app config is OFF and the LPN# is not entered, the LPN will not be generated for the adjustment.
We have added the feature to create a Manufacturing Order in Released status. A new app config, “Auto Release Manufacturing Order” has been created for this.
If this config is enabled, the MO will automatically be created in Released status. If disabled, the MO creation will work as usual and the order will be created in “Open” status.
We have added the ability to calculate the Reconciliation by CBM.
How does it work?
Set the CBM value in the Item Details.
In the Item Receipt or Bill, start the Reconciliation process.
In the third step of the Reconciliation process, select “CBM” under the Calculated By dropdown and click on “Calculate” to calculate the Landed Cost.
Complete the Reconciliation process.
The Landed Amount will be calculated by the CBM value.
We have added the ability to view the Incoming Delivery of an Item in Sales Order and link that to the particular quantity in SO to the quantity on PO.
How does it work?
In the SO Details section of the Sales Order, right-click on an Item and select the “Inventory Info” option.
This will open the “Qty Details” window. An “Incoming Deliveries” tab has been added here.
Click on this tab to see the PO Number on which the Item has been ordered and the expected delivery date of the Item as per the PO.
Using this you can link the Item Qty on the PO to the SO.
To do that, click on the PO Number and you will be redirected to the Order Linker module. Click on “Add Linking” to link the PO to the SO.
The PO will be linked to the SO. You can see the link on the “Linked Orders” tab on the SO.
We have added the ability to schedule BOM import.
How does it work?
Navigate to the Upload Bill Of Materials module.
Under Step 4: Upload Data, click on the upload dropdown and select “Schedule Import”.
The Job Scheduler window will populate. Fill in the details and click “Save” to schedule the BOM import.
A new feature, Sales Note alert has been added to the Sales Order and Invoice modules. This function allows the Sales Note, which is added in the Item Detail, to populate as soon as an Item is added to the Sales Order or Invoice.
How does it work?
Open the Item to which you want to add the Sales Note. Under the “Other Attributes” tab of the Item, enter the Sales Note in the respective field and click on Save.
Navigate to the Sales Order or Invoice module. Click on the “Add Item” option.
In the SO Detail window, select the Item to which the Sales Note has been added. The Sales Note alert would populate at the bottom right corner of the screen.
