Item Inventory Snapshot Search Fields

The Item Inventory Snapshot module offers a robust set of search fields to streamline the process of locating specific items within the inventory database.

Store

This field allows users to filter inventory data based on the store location where the items are stocked. This feature is particularly beneficial if you are dealing with multiple stores or warehouses, enabling you to focus on inventory specific to a particular location.

Consolidated View

This option provides you with the flexibility to toggle between viewing individual item details and an aggregated overview of inventory data across all stores or locations. This aids in obtaining a comprehensive snapshot of inventory status and facilitates strategic decision-making.

Show Active Only

By enabling this option, you can narrow down search results to display only active items within the inventory.

Item#

Use this field to search for specific items by their unique identification numbers assigned within the inventory system.

Description

Use this search field to locate items based on their descriptive attributes or keywords.

BasePart#

This field allows you to search for items using their designated base part numbers.

Effective Date

Use this field to locate the items based on effective date.

Brand

This field allows you to view the inventory snapshot based on their respective brands.

Category

This field allows you to view the inventory snapshot based on the item category.

Item Barcode

This field allows you to view the inventory snapshot based on the item barcode.

All Ref#

This field offers a comprehensive search option, allowing you to search for items using various reference numbers associated with them.

Vendor

This field allows you to filter inventory data based on specific vendors for more targeted inventory analysis. Please note that this option will only only be displayed if "Show Sales History Data in Inventory Snapshot and Short Inventory Planner" is enabled.

Month

This dropdown field allows users to filter sales history by selecting the desired number of months. Please note that this option will only only be displayed if "Show Sales History Data in Inventory Snapshot and Short Inventory Planner" is enabled.

Include Suggested Qty Toggle Button

If enabled, the Suggested Order Qty (based on historical sales data) will automatically be added to the To Order Qty column to optimize order suggestions. Please note that this option will only only be displayed if "Show Sales History Data in Inventory Snapshot and Short Inventory Planner" is enabled.

Item#

The unique identifier for the item.

Description

This field displays the item description.

Item Barcode

This field shows the item barcode.

UPC

This field shows the UPC (Universal Product Code) for the item.

Image

This is the image associated with the item.

Standard Unit Cost

This field shows the standard unit cost of the item.

Standard Unit Price

This field displays the standard unit price of the item.

Custom Prices

The custom fields show any custom prices added to the item.

BasePart#

This field shows the base part associated with the item.

Title

This field displays the title of the base part.

Option 1 Name

Displays the name for option 1 related to the item.

Option 1 Value

Displays the value for option 1 related to the item.

Option 1 Code

Displays the code associated with option 1 for the item.

Option 2 Name

Displays the name for option 2 related to the item.

Option 2 Value

Displays the value for option 2 related to the item.

Option 2 Code

Displays the code associated with option 2 for the item.

Option 3 Name

Displays the name for option 3 related to the item.

BOM Item

This field indicates if the item is a BOM item.

Is Raw material?

This field indicates whether the item is a raw material or not.

Is Manufacturable?

This field indicates whether the item is manufacturable or not.

Season

This field displays the any season associated with the item.

Active

This field displays the item is active or not.

Item Brand

This field shows the item's brand.

Item Category

This field shows the item's category.

Tags

This field shows any tags added to the item.

Group

This field shows the item's group.

Vendor

This field shows any default vendor added to the item.

Vendor List Price

This field shows the list price for the Vendor Mapping, if any.

Vendor Discount

This field shows the vendor discount added for the item vendor mapping created for the item.

Vendor Part#

This field displays the vendor part number added to the item vendor mapping.

Lead Time (Days)

This field shows the time it takes for the vendor to fulfill the order for the item.

On Hand

This field displays the on hand quantity of the item on the specific location. On Hand = Available + Not Available.

Not Available

This field displays the not available quantity of the item on the specific location. A “Not Available” item is considered to be damaged or not sellable in some way. Therefore it is categorized separately from “Available”.

In Receiving

This field depicts the item quantity that is in the process of receiving.

On SO

This field displays the item quantity that is on released sales orders, but they haven’t been shipped yet.

On SO (Draft)

This field displays the item quantity that is on open sales orders. Once the SO is released, then these items will go over to “On SO”.

ATS

This field displays the available units after being added to a Released Sales Order. (ATS = Available – On Released SO)

ATS (Inc PO)

This field displays the available units after being added to a Released Sales Order plus what is on a Released Purchase Order. (ATS (Inc PO) = Available – On Released SO + On Released PO)

Is Sellable?

This field indicates whether the item is sellable or not.

Is Purchaseable?

This field indicates whether the item is purchaseable or not.

On MO (-)

This field displays the units of an raw material that are currently on a manufacturing order and will be consumed.

In Picking

This field depicts the item quantity that is in the process of picking.

Net Available

This is essentially the units left after allocation/waving (Net Available = Available – Allocated).

On PO (Draft)

This field displays the item quantity that is on open purchase orders. Once the PO is released, then these items will go over to “On PO”.

On PO

This field displays the item quantity that is on released purchased orders. Closing a PO will remove units from “On PO”.

Reorder Point Qty

This field displays the reorder point qty recorded for the item.

ReOrder Qty

This field displays the reorder point defined for the item.

On MO (+)

This field displays the units of the manufacturable item that are currently on manufacturing orders and will be produced.

Gender

This field shows the gender associated with the item.

HS Code

This field shows the HS code associated with the item.

Country Of Origin

This field displays the country of origin associated with the item.

Length

This field shows the length of the item.

Height

This field shows the height of the item.

Width

This field shows the width of the item.

Weight

This field shows the weight of the item.

UOM

This field displays the unit of measurement for the item (liter, unit, kilogram, etc.).

Size UOM

This field displays the name of the unit of measure for the item's size.

Weight UOM

This field displays the name of the unit of measure for the item's weight.

Warranty Time

This field shows the warranty period of the item.

Shelf Life

This field shows the shelf life of the item.

Expiration Date

This field shows the expiry date of the item.

CARB

This field displays the CARB value added at the item level.

Alert Note

Any alert note added to the item is captured in this field.

Sales Notes

Any sales note added to the item is captured in this field.

Alternate Item Number1

This field displays an alternative item number1 for the item, providing additional identification.

Alternate Item Number2

This field displays an alternative item number2 for the item, providing additional identification.

This field displays the quantity of the item on an unsaved RMA.

Forecast (Next Year)

This field displays the forecast sales quantity of the item for the next year.

This field displays the available units after being added to a Released Sales Order plus what is on a Released Manufacture Order.

Producible ATS Qty

This is the maximum number of units of the finished good that can be produced based on the “Available to Sell (ATS)” qty of the Raw materials.

Producible ATS Qty (Inc PO)

This is the maximum number of units of the finished good that can be produced based on the “ATS (Inc PO)” qty of the Raw materials.

Producible Available

This is the maximum number of finished goods that can be produced based on the “Available” inventory of raw materials.

Producible Net Available

This is the maximum number of finished goods that can be produced based on the “Net Available” inventory of raw materials.

Producible On Hand

This is the maximum number of units of the finished good that can be produced based on the “On Hand” inventory of raw materials.

Producible ATS Qty (Inc MO)

This is the maximum number of units of the finished good that can be produced based on the “ATS (Inc MO)” qty of the Raw materials.

Producible ATS Qty (Inc PO & MO)

This is the maximum number of units of the finished good that can be produced based on the “ATS (Inc PO and MO)” qty of the Raw materials.

Total Producible ATS Qty

This is the sum of “Available To Sell” units of the Item and the maximum number of finished goods that can be produced based on the “ATS” inventory of raw materials.(Total Producible ATS = ATS + Producible ATS Qty)

Total Producible ATS Qty (Inc PO)

This is the sum of the “Available” units of the finished good after being added to a Released Sales Order plus what is on a Released Purchase Order and the maximum number of units of the finished good that can be produced based on the “ATS (Inc PO)” qty the Raw materials. (Total Producible ATS Qty (Inc PO) = ATS (Inc PO) + Producible ATS (Inc PO))

Total Producible Available

This is the sum of available units of the item and the maximum number of finished goods that can be produced based on the “Available” inventory of raw materials. (Total Producible Available = Available + Producible Available)

Total Producible Net Available

This is the sum of the “Net Available” units of the finished good and the maximum number of units of the finished good that can be produced based on the “Net Available” inventory of the raw material. (Total Producible Net Available = Net Available + Producible Net Available)

Total Producible On Hand

This is the sum of On Hand units of the item (finished good) and the maximum number of finished goods that can be produced based on the “On Hand” inventory of raw materials. (Total Producible On Hand = On Hand + Producible On Hand)

Total Producible ATS Qty (Inc MO)

This is the sum of the maximum number of units of the finished good that can be produced based on the “ATS (Inc MO)” qty the Raw materials and the units of finished good that are Available To Sell, including the units on a Released Manufacture Orders. (Total Producible ATS Qty (Inc MO) = ATS (Inc MO) + Producible ATS (Inc MO))

Total Producible ATS Qty (Inc PO & MO)

This is the sum of the maximum number of units of the finished good that can be produced based on the “ATS (Inc PO and MO)” qty the Raw materials and the units of finished good that are Available To Sell, including the units on a Released Manufacture and Purchase Orders. (Total Producible ATS Qty (Inc PO & MO) = ATS (Inc PO & MO) + Producible ATS (Inc PO & MO))

ATS (Including Open SO)

This column displays the available to sell (ATS) inventory while factoring in open sales orders that are currently in draft status. (ATS (Incuding Open SO) = ATS - SO (on draft))

CBM

This field displays the CBM quantity of the item.

Last Landed Cost

This field displays the landed cost of the item on the latest item receipt.

Last Landed Cost(Home Currency)

This field displays the landed cost of the item on the latest item receipt in the home currency.

Last Unit Cost

This field shows the unit cost of the item on the latest item receipt

Last Purchased Qty

This field shows the quantity of the item that was purchased in the most recent purchase order.

Last Receipt Currency

This field displays the currency used in the most recent receipt for the item.

Last Receipt Reconciled?

This field indicates whether the most recent receipt for the item has been reconciled, confirming that the received items have been accurately documented and processed in the system.

Last Receipt Date

This field displays the date on which the most recent receipt of the item was recorded.

Item Custom Fields

The custom fields capture the custom fields defined for the item entity.

Default Manufacturer

This displays the default manufacturer associated with each item.

Total Quantity Available on PO

This field provides a consolidated view of the total quantity available from incoming purchase orders.

Short Qty

This field displays the quantity short based on current stock levels and demand.

To Order Qty

This field represents the quantity suggested for reorder based on stock shortages.

Sales History Qty Sold

Displays the total quantity sold in the selected historical period. Please note that this field will only only be displayed if "Show Sales History Data in Inventory Snapshot and Short Inventory Planner" is enabled.

Suggested Order Qty

Suggests the quantity to order based on historical sales data and current inventory status. Please note that this field will only only be displayed if "Show Sales History Data in Inventory Snapshot and Short Inventory Planner" is enabled.

Total Line CBM

Shows the total cubic meter volume for each line item, aiding in warehouse space planning. Please note that this field will only only be displayed if "Show Sales History Data in Inventory Snapshot and Short Inventory Planner" is enabled.

Total CBM

This row displays the the Total CBM for all line items listed, providing a comprehensive view of inventory volume. Please note that this field will only only be displayed if "Show Sales History Data in Inventory Snapshot and Short Inventory Planner" is enabled.
