The "Print Label" section in XoroWMS provides users with various options to generate and print labels that are essential for efficient warehouse management. These labels are crucial for organizing inventory, facilitating streamlined picking and receiving processes, and ensuring accurate tracking of items within the warehouse.
The Print Blind LPN option is designed for generating new LPNs and printing corresponding labels without needing to specify the contents of the LPN. These labels are essential for organizing inventory, facilitating efficient picking and receiving processes, and ensuring accurate tracking of cartons within the warehouse.
Click on the "Print Blind LPN" option.
A pop-up window will appear asking for the desired quantity of labels.
Enter the desired quantity in the "Enter Qty" field. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to increase or decrease the quantity. For instance, if you enter "10" as the quantity, the system will generate 10 LPNs and produce 10 corresponding labels.
Click "Accept" to generate the LPNs and labels.
The labels are compiled into a PDF file, which can be downloaded or printed directly.
Once printed, these labels can be attached to cartons, making them ready for various warehouse processes such as picking and receiving. The Print Blind LPN option simplifies the process of generating and printing LPN labels, providing an efficient solution for labeling cartons used in warehouse operations.
Sometimes, a single LPN may encompass multiple items, and the Print Mixed LPN option caters to this need. It allows users to create labels for LPNs that hold assorted items, further facilitating the management of diverse inventory. These are also fresh labels that are generated by the system based on LPN pattern set in the app config, "LPN# pattern for auto generated LPNs".
Click on the "Print Mixed LPN" option.
A pop-up window will appear asking for the desired quantity of labels.
Enter the desired quantity in the "Enter Qty" field.
Click "Accept" to generate the LPNs and labels.
The labels are compiled into a PDF file, which can be downloaded or printed directly.
Once printed, these LPN labels can be affixed to cartons, which can then be used in various warehouse processes, such as picking and receiving.
The ability to reprint existing labels is indispensable in a warehouse. While the Blind LPN and Mixed LPN options allows users to generate new LPNs and print the labels for the same, the Reprint LPN option focuses on generating labels for existing LPNs, allowing warehouses to maintain and rectify label-related records with ease. This feature is essential in cases where labels may have been lost or damaged or if there is a need for re-labeling due to changes in inventory details.
Click on the "Reprint LPN" option.
If you search by ASN number, the system will retrieve all LPNs associated with that ASN.
Entering the LPN directly will display its specific details.
Once you confirm the details, click "Accept" to print the LPN labels.
The labels are compiled into a PDF file that you can download or print directly.
LPN#: This field displays the LPN number.
ASN#: This field displays the ASN number associated with the LPN.
Location: This field displays the location of the LPN.
Qty on LPN: This field specifies the number of units the LPN holds.
Is Mixed LPN: This field indicates if the LPN is a mixed LPN.
Status: This field displays the current status of the ASN associated with the LPN.
The Print Pallet option allows you to generate a new pallet number and print a corresponding label. This label can be affixed to a pallet for easy identification during picking and receiving operations.
Click on the "Print Pallet" option.
A pop-up window will appear requesting the number of labels.
Enter the desired quantity in the "Enter Qty" field.
Click "Accept" to generate the pallet numbers and labels.
The labels are compiled into a PDF file that you can download or print directly.
You'll be directed to the "Reprint LPN" screen. In the "ASN/LPN#" field, search by either the ASN or the LPN number and hit Enter to view the .
