There are some advanced settings available in the gift card syncing configuration:
Third-Party API Client IDs to Filter: This field allows you to specify the client ID in case you have a third-party Shopify app generating the gift cards for you. This is required and can be found in the api_client_id field in the gift card created by the third-party app on Shopify.
Fetch Gift Cards if Not Found: When enabled, the system automatically drops the gift cards that are applied to an order in Shopify but do not exist in Xoro yet.
Allow Gift Card sync before integration start date: Enabling this setting will allow fetching the gift cards even if they were created before the integration start date.
Allow Partial Gift Card Order Sync: Enabling this will allow the system to drop purchased gift cards when there are item lines linked to the order.
Refund Disabled/Expired Gift Card: Enabling this will allow to create a refund for Gift Card which are disabled or expired in shopify.
