# Funds Transfer Centre Fields

The Funds Transfer Centre offers a comprehensive view of all the funds transfer transactions in the system.

<table><thead><tr><th width="224">Field</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Date</td><td>This field shows the date of the transfer.</td></tr><tr><td>Transfer Funds Number</td><td>This field captures the unique identifier for the funds transfer transaction.</td></tr><tr><td>Transfer To Account</td><td>This field displays the bank account to which the funds are transferred.</td></tr><tr><td>Transfer From Account</td><td>This field displays the bank account from which the funds are transferred.</td></tr><tr><td>Transfer Amount</td><td>This field captures the amount of funds transferred.</td></tr><tr><td>Currency</td><td>This field displays the currency of the transferred funds.</td></tr><tr><td>Memo</td><td>This field displays any notes or additional information related to the transfer.</td></tr><tr><td>Create Datetime</td><td>This field captures the date and time of the funds transfer.</td></tr><tr><td>Created By</td><td>This field shows the user who initiated the funds transfer.</td></tr><tr><td>Modified Datetime</td><td>This field records the date and time when the funds transfer was last modified. </td></tr><tr><td>Modified By</td><td>This field indicates the user who last modified the funds transfer.</td></tr><tr><td>Exchange Rate</td><td>This field displays the exchange rate used for the funds transfer if the currencies of the transferring and receiving accounts differ.</td></tr><tr><td>Is Reconciled?</td><td>This field indicates whether the funds transfer transaction is reconciled or not.</td></tr><tr><td>Is Deposited?</td><td>This field indicates whether the funds transfer transaction has been deposited in a bank deposited or not.</td></tr></tbody></table>

#### Funds Transfer Centre Right Click Option

* **Show Transactions:** Shows you the journal transaction view of the funds transfer.

#### Funds Transfer Centre Header Level Icons

1. **Refresh:** This allows you to refresh the search results after changing the search criterion.
2. **Save:** This option enables you to preserve any updated user interface (UI) settings (for example, if you have hidden or added any columns for viewing), ensuring a personalized and consistent experience during future interactions with the module.
3. **Advance Search:** The advance search option enables you to further extend the search criteria. You can delve into a nuanced search by specifying criteria such as Column Name, Operator, and Value, facilitating precise and tailored searches.
4. **Columns (Bento Menu):** All the columns available for the module are listed under this icon. You can use this option to hide or add the columns and tailor the module view as per your requirements.
5. **Download:** This versatile feature allows users to export and download data in various file formats, providing a summarized overview for quick reference. Options include CSV, TXT, MS-Word, MS-Excel, PDF, and MS-Excel(.xlsx), catering to diverse user preferences and use cases.
