What is a Permission Group?
A Permission Group allows you to effectively control and manage user access to customers and vendors. This provides businesses with enhanced security and streamlined user management capabilities. By assigning customers and vendors to Permission Groups, and then managing user permissions through these groups, businesses can ensure that sensitive information is only accessible to authorized personnel.
Key Features of Permission Groups
Integration with Customer and Vendor Modules: A Permission Group dropdown has been added to the Customer and Vendor modules under the “Other Info” tab. This allows specific customers and vendors to be assigned to a Permission Group.
Advanced Permissions in User Module: A new tab called “Advanced Permissions” has been added to the User module. This tab enables the configuration of user-specific access controls based on Permission Groups.
