Custom Field Mapping Centre
Custom Field Mapping Centre encompasses vital information like the name, description, creation date, and time of the custom field map, providing a thorough understanding of the mapping configuration.
Header Level Options
Batch Delete: This feature empowers users to efficiently perform Batch Deletion of selected custom fields that have been mapped with custom fields from other modules. This capability streamlines data management by allowing users to remove redundant or unnecessary mappings in bulk, enhancing overall system organization and efficiency.

Header Level Icons
These functionalities are designed to meet diverse needs, ensuring users experience seamless navigation and effective management of customer information.
Refresh:
This empowering functionality allows users to refresh search results based on selected criteria, ensuring the displayed information is consistently up-to-date.
Save:
The Save feature preserves updated user interface (UI) settings, delivering a personalized and consistent experience for future interactions within the module.
Advanced Search:
Elevating customer information retrieval, the Advanced Search option enables users to conduct sophisticated searches by specifying criteria like Column Name, Operator, and Value. This facilitates precise and tailored information retrieval.
Columns:
Representing customizable criteria, Columns empower users to refine their searches further. The options in the dropdown menu for Columns dynamically adjust based on the active tab, ensuring relevance and convenience.
Columns Dropdown Options:
Name: This is the name for the mapping. This acts as a unique identifier for the mapping and helps you locate the mapping easily when required, especially if you have multiple mappings for a single entity.
Description: This is the description of the mapping.
Priority: This is the priority for the mapping. If the User has made a mapping for the Customer to the SO detail (having Priority 1) and also for the Item to SO Detail (having Priority 2) then the SO line will be mapped based on the minimum priority (Customer to SO line (Priority 1)).
From Entity: This is the source entity for the custom field mapping.
To Entity: This is the entity to which the source entity is being mapped.
Create Date Time: Indicates the date and time when the mapping was initially created.
Created By: Displays the name of the user who created the mapping.
Modified Datetime: Reflects the date and time of any modifications made to the mapping.
Modified By: Specifies the name of the user who made the modifications to the mapping.
Download:
This versatile feature allows users to export and download data in various file formats, providing a summarized overview for quick reference. Options include CSV, TXT, MS-Word, MS-Excel, PDF, and MS-Excel(.xlsx), catering to diverse user preferences and use cases.
