What is a User?

A User is someone who uses the Xorosoft application. Every user has their own credentials which they use to log in. Users can range from administrators to sales representatives.

One key aspect of a user is the roles and permissions assigned to them within the system. These roles and permissions determine the level of access a user has to different modules and features within the system. For example, an accountant may have access to financial modules to view and analyze financial data, whereas a sales representative may have access to sales modules to input and track sales data.

To use the system, first, a user has to be created by the admin. The admin will set up the user's account and provide them with an ID and password that they can use to log in to the system. It's important to note that the login page for each user may vary depending on their role within the system. For example, an "Admin" user may see a "Business Dashboard" as their login page, while a "Sales Rep" user may be directed to the "Sales Rep Dashboard" upon logging in.

Overall, users play a crucial role in the functionality and security of a system. By assigning specific roles and permissions to users, organizations can ensure that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive information and functionalities within the system.
