Available to Sell (ATS) Report Components
The Available to Sell (ATS) Report is a comprehensive overview of the available-to-sell inventory. This report contains essential inventory details, such as the base part, item#, item uom, total quantity, quantity per store, unit price, etc.
Once you select the Available to Sell (ATS) option, you will be prompted to choose a document template. Navigate to the "Select Document Template" dropdown menu and choose the "Available to Sell (ATS)" template to access the report.
Available to Sell (ATS) Report Fields
Style
This field shows the base part number.
Description
This field captures the description of the base part.
Color
This field shows the color option value of the base part.
Item
This field captures the item number associated with the base part.
Size
This field shows the size option value of the base part.
Season
If a season is added to the item, it is captured in this field.
Total Qty
This field displays the total quantity of the item available to sell (Available+On PO-On SO).
Uom
This field shows the unit of measurement of the item.
Qty per store
This section displays the ATS item quantity of the item per selected store.
Unit price
This field shows the unit price of the item.
Image
This field shows the item image, if the option to show the image is selected.
Total
This field shows the total ATS item quantity for all the selected stores.
Customizing the Report
The ATS report is highly customizable and comes equipped with various filters to customize the data available in the report. The filters on the right-hand side of the report allow users to tailor the report as needed and select the specific data they want to view, such as by brand, season, or store. To tailor the ATS Report to your specific needs, the following filters and navigation options are available:
Show Image?: This option allows the users to choose whether to display item images in the report.
Page Size: This field enables users to specify the number of rows they want to display on each page of the report.
Page#: This option allows users to navigate through different pages of the report by selecting the page number and clicking "Preview."
Item/Description: Users can enter the item number or description to view the ATS data of a particular item.
Store: This section displays all the stores in the system. Users can choose the store for which they want to view the report. Filter the report to see ATS data for a specific store or all stores.
Brand: This section displays all the item brands specified in the system. Users can choose the brands for which they want to view the report. Filter the report to see data for specific or all brands.
Season: This section displays all the seasons specified in the system. Users can choose the seasons for which they want to view the report. Filter the report to see data for specific or all seasons.

Report Header Icons
Refresh: This allows you to refresh the search results after changing the search criterion.
Toggle Print View: This feature enables you to switch the display mode specifically for printing the report. When activated, it adjusts the formatting and layout of the report to optimize its appearance when printed out.
Toggle Parameter Area: This functionality enables you to switch the parameter area's visibility, located on the right side of the Income Statement By Class Window. Toggling this setting allows you to show or hide the parameter options, giving you more control over the display and customization of the Income Statement By Class details.
Download: This versatile feature allows users to export and download data in various file formats, providing a summarized overview for quick reference. Options include CSV, TXT, MS-Word, MS-Excel, PDF, and MS Excel (.xlsx), catering to diverse user preferences and use cases.
Advanced Search: The Advanced Search option elevates customer information retrieval to a sophisticated level. Users can delve into a nuanced search by specifying criteria facilitating precise and tailored searches.
Zoom In and Zoom Out: These features in XoroERP's reporting module allow users to adjust the view of the report according to their preferences. Zooming In increases the size of the report elements, making them easier to read and analyze, while Zooming Out decreases the size for a broader view. These options are particularly useful when dealing with detailed reports or when users need to focus on specific sections of the report.
Toggle Full Page Width: This feature enables users to toggle between displaying the report at its full page width or adjusting it to fit the screen width. When toggled to Full Page Width, the report expands to utilize the entire width of the viewing area, ensuring that all elements are fully visible and enhancing readability. On the other hand, toggling off Full Page Width may be useful for viewing multiple reports simultaneously or when a narrower view is preferred for better organization of the workspace.
