The warehousing section of order import settings allows you to configure the following:
Invoices OR Orders: This toggle allows you to choose between dropping Shopify orders directly as invoices or as sales orders in Xoro. This is usually set to invoices for Shopify POS orders as the sale does not require going through the pick/pack/ship process.
Split Orders: Enabling this will split invoices by fulfillment ID based on the mapping(s) defined in the following settings.
Split Order Start Date: This field allows you to select the date on or after which the orders will be split.
Ship Store Location Mappings: This section allows you to set up mappings between the Xoro ship store, Xoro location, and the corresponding third-party location. During fulfillment, the ship store and location will be selected from the mapping that matches the third-party location from which the fulfillment was created in Shopify.
Default Ship Store: This dropdown allows you to choose a ship store from where the inventory will be depleted once the Shopify order drops.
Location Name: This field specifies the location in the Ship Store from where the inventory is consumed.
Default Return Store: This dropdown allows you to choose a Return Store where the returned inventory is restocked as 'available' or 'not available' - based on the restock flag in Shopify return.
Default Return Location: This field specifies the location in the Return Store where the inventory is restocked.
Enable ASN for returns: When enabled, the line-level returns from Shopify will drop as a "Warehouse" type credit memo and an ASN will automatically be created.
Generate Direct Type Credit Memo for Restocked Items: When enabled, a "Direct" type of credit memo is created in Xoro when a returned item is also restocked on Shopify.
Adjust Not Available Quantity: When enabled, the quantity is reduced from On-Hand automatically for the "Direct" type of credit memos with restock flag set to false on Shopify.
Send Fulfillments: This check is used to enable or disable sending fulfillment confirmations back to Shopify when the respective orders are shipped in Xoro. This also sends a notification to the customer that their order has been shipped.
Auto-generate and send tracking links in fulfillments: When enabled, this setting automatically creates tracking URLs and includes them in each fulfillment sent to Shopify.
Block fulfillments if tracking information is missing: Enabling this will prevent fulfillments from being sent to Shopify if tracking information is missing.
Notification Excluded Item List: This field allows you to specify the item(s) for which the fulfillment notification will not be sent. Enter item number(s), separated by commas, to exclude them from fulfillment email notifications.
Do Not Move Fulfillment Order Location: Enabling this setting will not move fulfillment order location automatically. The location will be set from the mapping defined in the "Store Mapping" setting under the "Inventory" section.
Shopify Order Tags List: This field allows you to enter tags in commo separated format. These tags will be applied to the Shopify orders fulfilled by Xoro.
Auto Release Sales Orders: When enabled, sales orders will be automatically 'released' in Xoro, when dropped from Shopify.
Auto Wave Sales Orders: When enabled, the orders are automatically waved (based on the waving rule specified in the setting below) provided that enough inventory is available.
Wave Method: This dropdown allows you to choose from the waving methods based on your shipping process.
Risk Recommendation Values: Enter comma-separated values from the following options — 'cancel', 'investigate', 'accept'. Orders with matching risk analysis will not be waved.
Wave Fully Paid Orders Only: When enabled, waves will only be created for orders that are fully paid or authorized.
