The Bill Payment Centre module offers a variety of options and search fields to effectively handle and streamline the processing of Bill Payments.
Print: Enables users to produce physical copies of selected Bill Payments for documentation or record-keeping purposes.
Show Transactions: Grants users access to the Journal View, providing a detailed breakdown of the transactions associated with the selected Bill Payment(s). This aids in comprehensive financial analysis and auditing processes.
Add to Email Queue: Offers users the option to queue selected Bill Prepayments for emailing at a later time. This feature enhances communication efficiency by allowing batched transmission of payment-related information to stakeholders or vendors.
Generate Bank Transfer Detail: Empowers users to create Bank Transfer Details for the selected Bill Payment(s). This functionality is particularly useful for initiating electronic fund transfers, facilitating seamless and secure payment transactions.
Clicking right on the selected record will provide the option of View Transactions related to that Bill.
Double-clicking on the record row will launch the Bill Payment window for the selected Bill. Here, users have access to a comprehensive view of the bill, including information such as the Payee's details, address, Payment Method Type, Exchange Rate, and the amount paid on the bill, among other pertinent details. Furthermore, users can modify the Payee Name and Payment Method type directly within the Bill Payment popup window.
Within in the Bill Payment Window, users get a few options to perform certain actions related to the Bill that is opened.
Void: Allow users to permanently delete the Bill Payment.

Search By: Within the Bill Payment Centre, you have the capability to conduct searches for Bill Payments utilizing various criteria, including:

Status: This feature enables users to refine search results based on the status of the Bill Payment. Available status options include All, Cleared, and Void.
These icons cater to diverse needs, providing users with a seamless experience while navigating and managing Bill Payment information.
Refresh:
This functionality empowers users to refresh search results based on selected criteria, ensuring that the displayed information is always up-to-date.
Save:
Save feature enables users to preserve any updated user interface (UI) settings, ensuring a personalized and consistent experience during future interactions with the module.
Advanced Search:
The Advanced Search option elevates customer information retrieval to a sophisticated level. Users can delve into a nuanced search by specifying criteria such as Column Name, Operator, and Value, facilitating precise and tailored searches.
Columns:
Columns represent the customizable criteria available to users, enabling them to further refine their searches. The options in the dropdown changes as per the selected option in the Search By Field.
Download:
This versatile feature allows users to export and download data in various file formats, providing a summarized overview for quick reference. Options include CSV, TXT, MS-Word, MS-Excel, PDF, and MS-Excel(.xlsx), catering to diverse user preferences and use cases.
