Customer Portal - Invoices
The Invoice module in the customer portal provides detailed information about each invoice associated with the customer’s account.

This field displays the invoice number.

This field displays the total amount of the invoice.

Invoice Number
This field displays the invoice number.

SO Number
This field shows the sales order number associated with the invoice.

Title
This field displays the title of the base part associated with the item on the invoice.

This field specifies the item(s) on the invoice.

Item UPC
This field displays the outstanding amount that is still unpaid on the invoice.

Item Type
This field shows the type of item.

Description
This field shows the tracking number associated with the shipment of goods or services listed on the invoice. It allows the customer to track the delivery status of the items.

This field shows the quantity of the item recorded on the invoice.

This field displays the total amount of the invoice.

This field displays the name of the customer associated with the invoice.

Customer PO
This field displays the Purchase Order (PO) number provided by the customer that corresponds to the order related to the invoice.
Invoices Module Filters
The Invoices module in the customer portal includes a range of filters that allow users to refine and tailor the display of invoice data according to specific criteria.
To access the filters, click on the "Grid" icon located at the top-left corner of the module.
Once the filters panel is open, you can use the following options:
Customer PO: Filter invoices based on the Customer Purchase Order (PO) number. This filter is particularly useful for tracking invoices linked to specific purchase orders, helping users match invoices with their internal procurement records.
SO Number: This filter allows users to search for invoices by the Sales Order (SO) number. It enables the user to view all invoices associated with a particular sales order.
Amount: This filter lets users narrow down the list of invoices by the amount of the invoice. This is useful for identifying invoices of a specific amount.
Item Number: This filter is exclusive to the Detail View and allows users to search for invoices containing a specific item.
Date Filter: Use this filter to search for invoices issued within a particular time frame. Users can set a start and end date to view invoices generated within that period, making it easy to track financial activity over specific intervals.
After setting the desired filter criteria, click on the "Apply" button to apply the filters and refresh the invoice data accordingly.
Additionally, you can also filter the invoice data by status. Select the status of the invoices from the "Status" dropdown and hit the "Refresh" icon to filter the results.
Invoices Module Options
Print: This option allows you to print and download the selected invoices.
Pay Selected Invoices: This options allows to you pay the selected invoices.
Header Level Icons
Refresh: This functionality empowers users to refresh search results based on selected criteria, ensuring that the displayed information is always up-to-date.
Save: Save feature enables users to preserve any updated user interface (UI) settings, ensuring a personalized and consistent experience during future interactions with the module.
Columns: All the columns available for the module are listed under this icon. You can use this option to hide or add the columns and tailor the module view as per your requirements.
Download: This versatile feature allows users to export and download data in various file formats, providing a summarized overview for quick reference. Options include CSV, TXT, MS-Word, MS-Excel, PDF, and MS-Excel(.xlsx), catering to diverse user preferences and use cases.
