We have added the ability to batch-update custom fields and alert notes in the Item Centre.
How does it work?
Navigate to the Item Centre.
Select “Batch Updates” from the Options.
From here, you can update all the alert notes and custom fields created for the Item.
We have added a new column, “Description” in the Batch Manufacturing Order module. The Item description will be displayed under this column.
We have changed the name of the “Back Orders’ tab to “Pending Orders”. The Pending Orders tab will show the details of the Released and Partially Received Orders.
We have added an App Config, "Date offsets for Sales Order, Estimate and Invoice Date"that allows you to set the dates for Estimate, Sales Orders, and Invoices as required.
With the help of this Config, you can set an offset specified in days for different date types.
For an Estimate, by default, the Follow Up Date is 7 days and the Valid Until Date is 60 days from the date of the Estimate respectively.
If the above-mentioned config is defined, the Estimate dates will be automatically calculated based on this offset.
Let’s understand this will an example:
Let’s assume that the offset for Follow up Date is set to ’10’ and Estimate vaild Date is set to ’30’.
Now, when you create an Estimate, the Follow Up Date will be set to 10 days from the date of the Estimate, and the Valid Until Date will be set to 30 days from the date of the Estimate.
The “Promise Date” and “To Be Shipped” date for a Sales Order and Invoice is the same as the Order date by default, and you can select the “Date to be Cancelled” manually.
With this Config, you can set the offset for ‘Date to be Shipped’, ‘Promise Date’, and ‘Date to be Cancelled’ for the Sales Order and Invoices.
Let’s assume that the offset for “Promise Date” is set to ’12’, “Date To Be Shipped” is set to ‘10’ and “Date To Be Cancelled” is set to ’40’.
Now, when you create a Sales Order, the Promise Date will be 12 days from the date of the Order, Date To Be Shipped will be 10 days from the date of the Order and the To Be Cancelled date will be 40 days from the date of the Order.
We have added the ability to set the priority for pricing rules. To accomplish this, a new field “Priority Number” has been added to the Pricing Rule module and the Pricing Rule upload file.
With this ability, you can define the priority for the different pricing rules. The bigger number takes more priority over smaller numbers. So, if there are three pricing rules defined for an Item and the priorities 1, 2 and 3 has been assigned to these rules, then the pricing rule with “3” priority will take precedence over the other two.
Take a look at the example below where 3 Pricing Rules have been created. The priorities of the Rules are set to 1, 2 and 5.
When this Item is added to the Sales Order, the rule with the highest priority (The Limited Edition Discount rule in this case) takes precedence and the price of the Item is reduced by 25%.
We have added the ability to define the option sequence per product in the “Upload Products” file. A new app config, “Use product option sequence in upload product” has been added for this.
If this app config is On, the product options will be uploaded in the sequence defined in the file. If the config is off, the product options will be uploaded in the sequence of the variants in which they are entered in the upload file.
We’ve implemented an enhancement that increases the size of the Item description box within the Sales Order and Invoice module. This improvement allows for effortless viewing and editing of more extensive descriptions.
We’ve introduced a new “Shipping” tab within the Vendor module. This tab incorporates the following fields:
Default Ship Method
Default Carrier
Default Service
Default FOB
Default Shipping Terms
Shipping Account Number
This enhancement eliminates the need to repeatedly input shipping information into each Purchase Order, significantly streamlining the process.
The Lot# and Batch# columns have been added to the Wave Detail Centre, Pick Wave, and Receive ASN module. These columns have also been added to the “Inventory Log” tab of the Invoice, Item Receipt, and Bill modules.
