Batch Update: The Batch Update feature in the Product Centre of XoroERP offers users a streamlined method to update multiple selected items simultaneously. By utilizing this option, users can efficiently modify product details in bulk without the need for individual updates. To initiate a batch update, users need to select the desired products and access the Batch Update pop-up window. Within this window, users can easily specify the Column Name they wish to update and choose the corresponding value from the dropdown menu. Upon selecting the desired value and clicking the Update button, the system will execute a batch update for all the selected items, ensuring swift and accurate updates across the product database.
Batch Delete: The Batch Delete functionality within the Product Centre of XoroERP provides users with a convenient method to remove obsolete products or items from the system efficiently. To initiate a batch delete process, users can navigate to the "Product Centre" and right-click on the product they intend to delete.
Generate Variants: The Batch Generate Variants feature in the Products Centre allows users to create multiple product variants in bulk for selected products. This capability streamlines product management, minimizes manual effort, and ensures consistency across naming, configuration, and pricing.
From the context menu, users can select "Show Variants" to view all associated items (variants) linked to the selected product.

Subsequently, users can right-click on the specific item and choose the "Delete" option, or they can opt for "Batch Delete" from the available "Options".

Once all associated items are successfully deleted, users can proceed to delete the product itself from the Product Centre.
In case you have transactions associated with that product, you can also deactivate the product by unchecking the Active checkbox and similarly, deactivate the variants associated with it.

Batch Delete Images: The Batch Delete Images option in the Product Centre allows users to remove product images in bulk without manually editing individual product records. By selecting the desired products and choosing Batch Delete Images from the Options menu, users can efficiently delete images associated with those products. If the same image is used across multiple products, deleting it from one product will not affect the other products using that image. Additionally, when images are removed from a product using this option, the corresponding images linked to its variants are also removed to maintain consistency between the product and its associated variants.
Batch Delete Images option is visible only to users who have the Delete Products permission enabled in the Access Manager.
