Item Centre Search Fields

The Item Centre offers a set of search fields to streamline the process of locating specific items.

Field	Description
Item#	Use this field to search for specific items by their unique identification numbers assigned within the inventory system.
Description	Use this search field to locate items based on their descriptive attributes or keywords.
Base Part	This field allows you to search for items using their designated base part numbers.
Title	This field allows you to search for items using the product title.
Alternate Item#	This field allows you to search for items using the alternative item numbers.
All References	This field offers a comprehensive search option, allowing you to search for items using various reference numbers associated with them.

Base Part	This field displays the product associated with the item.
Title	This field shows the title of the product associated with the item.
Option 1 Name	This field shows the name of the first option variant of the product.
Option 1 Value	This field shows the value of the first option variant of the product.
Option 1 Code	This field shows the code of the first option variant of the product.
Option 2 Name	This field shows the name of the first second variant of the product.
Option 2 Value	This field shows the value of the second option variant of the product.
Option 2 Code	This field shows the code of the second option variant of the product.
Option 3 Name	This field shows the name of the third option variant of the product.
Option 3 Value	This field shows the value of the third option variant of the product.

Option Sort	This field serves as a systematized method for arranging and categorizing items within the item center based on their attributes and variations. For instance, if the option sort is "BP123-001-002-003", "BP123" identifies the item's base part number, while "001", "002", and "003" detail the specific variations of this item. This method enhances user experience by simplifying how items and their variants are found and selected.
Use Image for Product Preview	This field indicates whether the image chosen for the item is used for the product.
Id	This field shows the unique identification code assigned to the item.
Image	The item image is captured in this field.
Type	This field displays the inventory type (inventory, non-inventory, etc.)
Item#	This field shows the item number.
Description	This field shows the description of the item.
UOM	This field captures the unit of measurement for the item.
Standard Price	This field shows the standard price of the item.
Asset Account	This field shows the asset account added for the item.
COGS Account	This field shows the COGS account added for the item.

Is Active?	This field indicates whether the item is active or inactive.
Is Manufacturable?	This field indicates if an item is manufacturable.
Is Raw Material?	This field indicates if an item is used as a raw material.
Is Auto Producible?	This field indicates if the item can be auto produced in case of insufficient inventory.
Wip Account Name	This field captures the WIP account associated with the item.
Is Purchaseable?	This field indicates if the item can be purchased.
Country of Origin	This field displays the country of origin for the item.
Material	This field displays the primary material or composition of the item.
HS Code	This field displays the HS code of the item.

Shelf Life	This field displays the shelf life of the item.

CARB	This field displays the CARB value of the item.
Default Store	This field shows the store that will most often sell or house this item.
Default Location	This field shows the default physical location within a warehouse/store for this item.
Alternative Item Number1	This field shows the alternative item number1 for the item, providing additional identification.

Is Pre Sell?	This field indicates if the item is eligible for pre-selling.
Sell Package Qty	This field shows the sell package quantity of the item.
Stock Value	The stock value of an item refers to the financial worth of the inventory of that specific item as recorded within the system.
Total Qty	This field displays the total "Available" quantity of the item in all the stores combined.
Average Unit Cost	This field captures the average unit cost of the item.
Last Landed Cost	This field displays the landed cost of the item in the latest item receipt containing the item.
Last Landed Cost (Home Currency)	This field displays the landed cost in the home currency of the item in the latest item receipt containing the item.
Last Unit Cost	This field displays the unit cost of the item in the latest item receipt containing the item.
Last Purchased Qty	This field displays the quantity of the item that was last purchased.
Standard Cost	This field captures the standard cost of the item.
Last Invoice Date	This field records the date on which the last invoice related to the item was issued.
Last Invoice Days Since	This field shows the number of days that have passed since the last invoice was issued for the item.
Last Invoice Months Since	This field indicates the number of months that have elapsed since the item's last invoice date.
Last Qty Sold	This field displays the quantity of the item sold during the last transaction.
Last Receipt Date	This field captures the date when the item was last received into inventory.
Last Receipt Currency	This field displays the currency used for the transaction corresponding to the last receipt of the item.
Last Receipt Reconciled?	This field indicates whether the last receipt transaction for the item has been reconciled in the accounting records.

Inner Case Qty	This field shows the quantity of items contained in an inner case packaging.
Inner Case UPC	This field shows the UPC code for an inner case.
Master Case Qty	This field shows the quantity of items contained in a master case.

Last Counted Datetime	This field displays the date and time when the inventory was last counted.
Last Counted By	This field displays the user name of the individual who last conducted the cycle count.
Custom Description	This field displays any custom description added to the item.
MID	This field displays the Merchant Identifier (MID) for the item.
Manufacturer	This field displays the item's manufacturer.
Custom Fields	The custom field displays any additional data fields defined for the item.
