# Email Centre

The Email Centre module is designed to streamline and manage your email communications efficiently. This module allows the user to view the emails added to the queue, view sent emails, and send emails to the respective recipient.

### Overview of the Email Centre Module

### Compose Mail

Located at the top left-hand side of the screen, the **Compose Mail** option allows you to create and send an email to the user. This option can be utilized when you want to send an email apart from the ones that can already be scheduled in the system.&#x20;

Choosing this option will populate an email template on the right-hand side of the screen. Fill in the required fields, including:

* **TO**: Enter the recipient's email address.
* **CC**: Enter the email addresses of any carbon copy recipients.
* **Subject**: Enter a brief subject line for your email.
* **Body**: Enter the content of your email.

Once you have completed drafting the email, click the **Send** button to dispatch it to the recipient.

### Folders Section

The **Folders** section contains two key options: Email Queue and Sent Mail.

**Email Queue**

The **Email Queue** option allows you to view all the emails that are added to the queue and are waiting to be sent. When you click on this option, a list of queued emails appears on the right side of the screen.&#x20;

**Email Queue Fields**

For instance, if you are sending an email for sales order confirmation, the sales order number will be displayed in this field.</td></tr><tr><td>Subject</td><td>This field contains the subject of the email.</td></tr><tr><td>Type</td><td>This field contains the type of transaction associated with the email, such as sales order, purchase order, etc.</td></tr><tr><td>Name</td><td>This field displays the name of the entity (Customer or Vendor).</td></tr><tr><td>Attachment</td><td>If there is an attachment included in the mail the "Paper Clip" icon is displayed here.</td></tr><tr><td>Create Datetime</td><td>This field shows the date and time when the email was added to the queue.</td></tr></tbody></table>

The email queue allows you to review the email before sending it. By adding emails to the queue, you can also choose to send them at your preferred time. Select the email(s) you want to send, and click "Send Selected" to send the emails.

**Email Queue Options**

You have several actions available in this section:

* **Refresh**: Click this to update the list and ensure you’re seeing the latest emails added to the queue.
* **Search**: Use this to perform an advanced search, filtering results to find specific emails quickly.
* **Delete**: Select one or more emails and click this to remove them from the queue.

**Sent Mail**

The section shows all the emails that have been sent by you. When you select this option, the list of sent emails is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.&#x20;

**Sent Email Fields**

You can manage these emails with the following options:

* **Refresh**: Update the list to ensure it reflects the most recent sent emails.
* **Search**: Perform an advanced search to filter and locate specific emails.
* **Important**: Mark selected emails as important for easy identification and prioritization.
* **Delete**: Remove selected emails from the sent mail list.
