Workflow: Generating an Invoice from Timesheet Entry Centre

The Timesheet Entry Centre simplifies invoice generation by allowing you to convert billable time directly into invoices.

  1. Select Entries Choose the timesheet lines you want to include in the invoice.

  2. Open Header Options Navigate to the Header Options menu.

  3. Generate Invoice Select the Generate Invoice option from the dropdown.

  4. Invoice Creation The system automatically generates an invoice for the selected records.

  5. View the Invoice Click on the Invoice# in the grid to navigate directly to the Invoice Module for the generated invoice.

  6. Add to Existing Invoice (Optional) From the Header Options dropdown, you may also choose to add unbilled timesheet entries to an existing invoice instead of generating a new one.
